During the Greater Boston District Event, the Outliers were awarded the Autonomous Controls Engineering Award. This award made the Outliers one of only 23 teams in the world to receive all six of FIRST’s Engineering awards. The Outliers are the youngest team to win the hexfecta at only 6 years old. The Outliers celebrate their 5th district win in a row.
The first ranked alliance of The Outliers - Team 5687, Nutrons - Team 125, and Robosaints - Team 1307 have won this year’s Greater Boston event!

Together, The Outliers 5687, Mechanical Mayhem 1519, and Northern Horizons 7416, went onto victory. The Outliers have won Granite State three years in a row.

Along with our glorious captains 125 and our stalwart alliance partners 1796 and 597, The Outliers have won St Louis's Carson division.
Ranked #1 after qualifications with a score of 8-3, The Outliers joined forces with teams 1058 and 4908. Holding the world high-score briefly during the elimination bracket, Team 5687 captained their alliance to victory in an intense series of matches.

Members of The Outliers mentor a number of FLL teams, including The Foxbots from Friends School of Portland. The Foxbots placed second in the Southern Maine qualifier and will be competing at the Maine State Championships on 12/10 at the Augusta Civic Center.
